Great location, cool neighbourhood.
It's fine if you want value for money, would recommend
Not very clean, problems with washing machine which was absolutely disgusting and washing our clothes in it gave them a bad smell. Limited kitchenware and equipment (no coat hanger, no towel hangers), futons are very very thin so no good if you have even slight back problems...

Bem estilo japonês, acomoda tranquilamente 3 pessoas e só. Quarto sempre quente, chuveiro muito bom e a privada bem estilo japonesa mesma se é que me entende.
Localização apesar de haver comércio próximo era um pouco longe do centro, tinha que andar uns 15/20min até alguma estação de metro, o futon não era nada confortável , muito fino. e não era tão espaçoso assim o quarto.

The location is convenient in that it’s close to the station, also the has a small balcony for drying clothes and a stove and a laundry etc. it’s nice and spacious. Has lots of potential
It was not cleaned before we arrived. The sheets were clearly slept in, there was rubbish in a pile on the floor. The shower had a soaking wet towel in it. And the toilet was not clean. So we had to clean it ourselves on arrival, we tried talking to the owner but they denied anything being wrong.
