Location is okay, about 10mins walk from metro station and RER station. a cosy and small apartment with nearly everything a traveller would need.

bathroom extractor fan is not working very well; having no air conditioning/fan is a bit tough on hot days

Apartamento pequeno para quatro pessoas. O proprietário pediu 30€ para guardar as malas antes da hora de check in (18h), e 10€ por cada hora de antecipação de check in. Quando pedi para entrar às 15h, o valor hora aumentou para 15h, pelo que não aceitei nenhuma das opções. O Wi-Fi só funcionou 2 dias, foi comunicado ao proprietário e não foi resolvido nos 3 dias restantes.

Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) ein bisschen zu eng, für ein Paar Tage aber auch kein Problem.

Затишна квартира обладнана всім необхідним, чиста і вишукана. Спокійний і тихий спальний район. Метро в 15 хвилинах, можна доїхати одразу до центру Парижу. Lidl в хвилинах ходьби. Від центру міста можна доїхати за 13 євро на таксі.

Il est bien décoré dans l’ensemble. On s’y s’en bien il est très petit mais il est agréable si on ne regarde pas de près les finitions.

Je n’ai pas eu les indications pour rentrer et ai attendu devant l’immeuble 30 minutes dans le froid que quelqu’un sorte. L’appartement était occupé à mon arrivée et il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. J’ai perdu ma soirée car je n’ai pas pu ni prendre de douche ni avoir accès à la télévision, car il y avait un problème de connexion également. Et surtout j’ai réclamé 4 fois ma facture afin d’obtenir le remboursement par mon travail et malheureusement je ne l’ai jamais reçue !!

L'appartement est situé à proximité du métro et des trains, des bus. Il y a une boulangerie, des cafés et des commerces à proximité. Il est très pratique de se rendre au centre ville par la 13ème ligne de métro. petit mais très cosy, un quartier calme, l'appartement est parfaitement propre, Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails et cela rend le placement très facile : il y a toute la vaisselle et elle est très belle, il y a du thé et du café, de l'huile, épices, serviettes, détergents. Une salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire pour toute fille : un sèche-cheveux, un sèche-cheveux, des accessoires cosmétiques. Un nombre suffisant de serviettes, un lit très propre, des oreillers et des couvertures confortables, un arôme agréable dans l'appartement. bonne connexion Internet. Accès pratique à l'appartement au moment dont vous avez besoin. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour une courte durée ou pour une longue durée si vous n'avez pas de famille nombreuse.

Il n'y a pas d'éclairage dans la porte d'entrée et c'est un peu inconfortable la nuit, vous devez constamment allumer la lampe de poche de votre téléphone, mais ce n'est probablement pas une question pour les propriétaires de l'appartement, mais pour l'administration de gestion avant
