Good apartment and host and nice location. But the bedroom was confusing and the bed not great.

Location was perfect for visiting Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. And it's easy to get public transport to the city. Nice places for food close by also. The shower is excellent and great little kitchen space upstairs with everything you need.

Downstairs (the bedroom) was not as good. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, bedclothes were very heavy despite it being very hot out. The bed sheet was stained and not the right size for the mattress, just came off right away. But the room itself seemed to be being air conditioned, which was ok but I couldn't control that or turn it off and was very noisy to sleep with this at night. There were also three de-humidifiers in the bedroom with no explanation, seems like maybe there's a damp issue... It was strange.

Decent clean accommodation, good amenities, okay neighbourhood with local shops nearby, very good location for Convention centre. Easy self check-in. Nespresso capsules were a nice extra😊 Host responsive to queries

Towel could be better- was small and thin. Washing machine lock had issues- difficult to open.

Everything else is fine, but the stairs are a serious safety hazard

Everything went okay, the property was clean enough, the owner was nice. The problems are mostly structural.

The stairs in the property are a dangerous safety hazard. This is my main complaint, being a structural problem, more than anything related to the stay. The location is also not fantastic, especially in terms of connections.

The apartment is truly lovely, has all the facilities you could want and is a lovely neighbourhood with great patisseries and just a 40 minute walk away from the main attractions of Paris.

The stairs are rather steep, you need to be able in body to get up and down them.

AMAZING PLACE, NEAR FROM EVERYTHING!

Amazing place! All kitchen accessories included, dishwasher. Close to markets, restaurants and two blocks from the subway and train station, which goes straight to Versailles.

Bad bed. Old and with holes. It's not very comfortable, it could be changed to a 10.

Nice little apartment in peaceful non-touristy area

Good location for the event I was attending and nice, very quiet street (except for one morning there was some jackhammering or something). The apartment itself was mostly totally silent except sometimes I could hear people's footsteps above. Extremely comfortable bed and very well-equipped apartment with good heating. I had trouble with the door but luckily there were also electric roll-down shutters. Good communication from host and allowed me to leave me bags there before check in. Would definitely stay again : )

I stayed with my mother who is 75 years old and the staircase leading to the bedroom area is quite hazardous. I would described it as a ladder rather than a staircase. It is not advisable for individuals with mobility issues to use it.

Top host, pretty fast on communication, friendly and helpful. The apartment was decent for the price in a good and quiet location with easy access to buses (2 minutes walk) and underground (5-6 minutes walk). I would suggest it and go again if in the region.

location in quiet street, good kitchen equipment,

very very steep stairs down to bedroom - almost too much for this 68 year old; a few minor repairs needed Eg bathroom vanity door - would have fixed it for them but no screwdriver on premises; had the impression from the original site that a small courtyard was involved - for comfortable smoking area outside and for hanging washed clothes to dry.

Excellent stay! Very comfy beds, cosy and in a lovely area.

The AirBnb was small and cosy, very clean, and has everything you would need when staying in Paris. There are little booklets with information, two TVs, a washing machine and the shower was in excellent condition. It was a very enjoyable stay! The location is excellent - there are plenty of boulangeries and shops nearby, and everything is within walking distance. The area is very nice and people are very friendly, and I was impressed at how quiet and down-to-earth it was. Very calming AirBnb and surrounding area!

La localisation par rapport au palais porte de Versailles est très bien. Bon rapport qualité prix. Bonne literie. Rue calme pour la nuit. Très appréciable.

L'appartement était très sale à notre arrivée. les draps étaient propres mais le sol était sale ainsi que les surfaces. Nous avons dû relaver. Un sac poubelle était au milieu de la pièce. Certains radiateurs ne fonctionnaient pas et des déshumidificateurs devaient fonctionner pour assainir l'appartement. C'est dommage.
