Expensive but nice area and cosy apartment

Beautiful area well connected to the town centre by metro. The apartment is cosy and has a lovely patio. Fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Accommodates up to 6 people (3 beds, one room; two beds are in the living room). Easy check in and check out. !

The only annoying thing is that they expect a 500 euro deposit for just one night

super déçu , l'appartement est non conforme à son descriptif sur booking

la proximité de chez ma fille, c'est pour cette raison que je l'avais choisi

l'appartement est loué pour 5 personnes (6 max) , et il est impossible d'ouvrir en meme temps les deux canapés lit du salon,nous n'avons donc pas pu loger les 5 personnes. Ceci est inadmissible Le nombre de couverts insuffisants pour 5 personnes Aucun ustensile de cuisine , pas meme une passoire ou une cuillère en bois , pas assez de mugs aucun produit type huile (une bouteille vide) , jardin pas entretenu, un sac poubelle plein et des bidons en plastiques laissés dans le jardin, nous n'avons pas pu laisser notre petit fils seul dans le jardin la voisine du dessus qui nous a agressé verbalement pour nous dire de nous taire dans le placard de l'entree: pas d'étagères : donc les serviettes et les draps étaient empliés par terre dans le placard je réclame un remboursement partiel pour ce logement qui ne correpond pas au descriptif qui est fait sur booking

Decepcionante

Dentro del pueblo esta bien ubicado. Cerca del metro para ir a Paris

Estaba sucio. El jardín abandonado, los muebles de jardín para tirarlos a la basura. Mesa de madera en pésimo estado. No podía usarse ese sector. La lavadora de ropa no funciona. El aire acondicionado no funciona. El toilet de adelante solo tiene WC, no lavamanos, muy incómodo para ser usado. El baño que estaba dentro del dormitorio solo tenía lavamanos y bañera, no WC. Además con telarañas en la ventana. No dejaron elementos de limpieza de vajillas ni pastillas para lavavajillas. Los colchones incómodos, solo 1 almohada estaba bien. La alfombra de la sala estaba muy sucia también.

Joli logement avec des petites choses à revoir...

Le logement est grand et lumineux. Il est a proximité d'un arrêt de métro, qui dessert rapidement le centre de PARIS. Beaucoup de serviettes de toilette, c'est appréciable quand on reste plusieurs jours.

La porte d'entrée est très difficile à ouvrir. L'odeur de tabac froid est horrible, surtout quand on est pas fumeur (des mégots dans le jardin). Le mobilier extérieur est très abîmé... et l'entretien du jardin n'est pas fait, des ronces sauvages servent de pelouse. Le volet de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas, ni la lumière au dessus du miroir. La voisine du dessus doit passer ses journées et ses nuits à danser...

Emplacement parfait, très calme et sécurisé

A notre arrivée j'ai été obligé d'appeler pour avoir les infos pour récupérer les clés (le mail d'explication est arrivé trop tard) On a été interpellé par une personne de l'immeuble qui nous a menacé avant notre entrée dans l'appartement d'appeler la police si on faisait du bruit en nous installant. Très désagréable
