Good value but poor communication with host.

Spacious apartment in a nice area. Good size TV!

Poor communication with host and hot water stopped working. No response to my initial message and no instructions provided. I had to phone the number and was then provided a series of videos on accessing the apartment. Would have been easy if videos were provided beforehand.

Spacious living room and bedrooms, well organized kitchen. Close to Metro and Markets. Great internet throughout the apartment.

Exposed electrical wiring (Out of reach of children), broken heater, mis-matched dishes, and poor knifes.

Worst experience ever

Location was good.

There’s not enough words to describe how horrible our experience was. 1. Property was disgustingly dirty. Soiled spoons, dishes etc left behind. Mold in plates. Blankets, sheets smelly. Wet towels. Took photos and videos of everything and sent to owner and first they denied. Then just didn’t respond at all. 2. Shower didn’t drain at all. We were unable to take a shower there for the three days we stayed. Had to shower elsewhere. Again, took a video, sent to owner and requested them to fix this as a bare minimum. Owner sent a very rude response that I am a “tenacious and demanding person”. I didn’t realise asking for basic cleanliness and a working shower for a stay we had paid a fair amount for was so demanding!! 3. The “single beds” in the second bedroom are more like trundles. Don’t book this place for 4 adults. False advertising. 4. Random used products left throughout the place. Overall, the photos look nice and the property is spacious. BUT, the owner has a horrible attitude and doesn’t understand the basic cleaning and hygiene concept. I have stayed in dirt cheap dorms, motels and also luxurious hotels throughout the world but have never had such a bad and unhygienic experience. Was genuinely shocked. Also very confused where the other reviews came from!! I would strongly advise if you want to keep doing this business, first know how to treat your customers. And second, learn the basic cleanliness and functionality you need to provide in an accomodation.

Nice neighborhood, about a 15 minute ride to the Eiffel Tower, quiet & serene.

After taking an overnight flight, we had to wait for the host to get off work to bring us the keys at 3pm. Which was the time we were originally told. But, when we did meet up, she was very quick and didn’t explain anything. Just showed us the rooms. An explanation of the keys, the appliances, and the area would have been nice. Also, we were chilly and when we asked, we found out that the heat was regulated by the town. So, we threw on another shirt! 😊

O apartamento era bem espaçoso, bem dividido, bem localizado, distância a pé do Centro de Convenções. Ao lado de um Carrefour, ponto de ônibus a meio quarteirão, uma pracinha simpática na frente. As orientações foram boas e boa assistência. smart TV de tela plana, grande, Wi-Fi. Máquina de lavar.

Decoração exagerada com muitos tapetes estampados. Deveria ser mais neutro.

Très sale, literie trop dure, restes de précédents locataires dans les placards, crasse et poussière. Équipements endommagés comme tringle de rideau et prise électrique. Ménage très superficiel. Départ au lendemain de la première nuit sur suggestion de remboursement de la 2e réservée. Finalement évidemment pas de remboursement. Nous déconseillons fortement. Malhonnête.
