Fantastic location. Nice to get away from hustle but still be close. Terrific size. Very helpful owner
Odd set up for bedrooms. Would be good for family with younger kids. Not great for adult children couples etc.

Apart from the ironic naming (it's on the ground floor, not a loft - but we knew that) - this is an almost perfect apartment. Spacious and clean with a design that shows the host wants it to feel like you're in a home, not a stale money making property!
From plenty of towels, to plenty of cofee pods - comfy beds, good AC, a central area and a spacious living room area, this is a lovely choice - and was definitely a pleasure to come back to each day.
The reason I say 'almost' is only because - as a family of four - we needed to use the two main bedrooms, and the sofa bed in the communal hall area too. Luckily, the one on the sofa bed is a deep sleeper, so didn't get disturbed when any of the three of us got up - but possibly, if you're going to use the sofa bed, and that user is a light sleeper, you'll need to tip-toe past them!

I am so happy I found this apartment! It was very spacious, clean, huge kitchen and big bonus located on a canal (you could see boats and gondolas passing by your window). You could walk everywhere from the apartment or a quick vaporetto ride. We appreciated coffee and tea that were provided. The communication with the owner was very good and every question and need was quickly answered. We would definitely stay there again!
No door/curtain in the shower, so water is leaking on the floor, but that`s a common thing in Italy ;)
