Loved the location right at the East meets West point and walkable to everything. The host was lovely, welcomed me in person, and shared helpful tips on where to eat, what to see, and which museums to visit.

Hard to find faults when the location and host were this good. A few minor additions would have been the cherry on top.

Location, location, location. This property is in the middle of everything, good price for what you’re getting. Someone showed up for checking in and showed us the place .

I was a little concerned at first because when I Googled the address, it showed a location with no visible front entrance—it appeared to be a barbershop. I was worried it might be a scam. However, when the host arrived, they showed us the actual entrance, which is located at the back of the building in a small alley. I’m not sure if this is common in the Old Town, but it’s something to be aware of because it can be a little confusing when you first arrive. The lights under the stairs aren’t working, which was no big deal for us. The apartment could also use a little maintenance and care, and you can tell that previous guests have caused some minor damage to a few things, but nothing that affected our stay. Also, be prepared to carry your luggage up to the second floor. That’s pretty much to be expected when staying in the Old Town of most European cities. Overall, just be aware of these things so you know what to expect when you arrive.
