Modern Apartments near Cathedral - Heart of the City Center

The location is very good, if you're arriving by car, think about the parking, because it's quite expensive here. The quality for the price is very good. The apartment is part of an ex bigger apartment, nothing bad, just something to know. You don't have to interact with people when you arrive, everything is automated

There is no elevator, not a problem to us, but keep in mind. The window shades were dirty for example. The walls are thin, but that's usual for these city center buildings. The nearby street is a party street, you can hear the bass, shouldn't be too bad so you can't go to sleep

Great location near the Latin Bridge and within the Old Town, near cafes/restaurants, supermarkets, etc. In general it was alright at this price point. There were tea bags and instant coffee and most things that I needed.

Two main things: 1) the drainage in general was not good. It took a while for water to be go down the drain in the wash basin, and the shower floor did not get completely dry even overnight. 2) This "studio" is a bedroom in an apartment, which means soundproofing is poor. Unfortunately for me, the person staying next door talked extremely loud and also made several loud phone calls that I could perfectly hear from my bedroom. The extra space next to the bedroom is occupied with two more beds - would have been a perfect space for a sitting room otherwise. Also there was water from the previous occupant inside the kettle with some visible build-up, I ended up washing it again. I reported all to the customer service, of course.
