一棟貸しの良いところは全てありました！ふかふかのベット、コンセントに困らないよう各所多数あること、食器類、調理家電、洗濯周りも、エアコンだけでなくガスファンヒーターがあることも全てが良かったです。お風呂から富士山が目の前に見えました。鍵の受け渡しはスムーズでしたが、そもそも連絡が取れやすいのが安心でした。全てが良い施設ですが特にここだからよかったことをこの２つです。食器用ふきん・テーブルをふくふきんなどがあったらいいのにと思っていたのですが、４つも備え付けのふきんがあって助かりました。きれいに使いたいからなおさら必要なんです。またテーブル周りの椅子の上部が左右にふれる構造でそれがとにかく座り心地が良かったです！！これは欲しい！と思いました。
GoogleMAPで向かったのですが、ほうとう不動から向かう狭い道を案内されてヒヤヒヤしました。反対側のセブンイレブンから入っていく道はすごく広くて安心して向かえました！とはいえGoogleMAPのせいなのですが・・・・。洗面台に物を置ける場所がミラー脇にしかなくて、洗濯機の上は棒上になっているので女子３人だと化粧品やヘアアイロンなどの置き場に困りました。
