Logement propre, spacieux, bien équipé et les attentions du propriétaire trés agréables
Les nuisances sonores du à la deux fois deux voies qui passe à côté. Les fenêtres étant du simple vitrage, la nuit il est difficile de dormir la chambre donnant du côté de cette route.

Es gab einen beheizten Pool
Das Gebäude liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse GC500.
Die Wohnung ist kalt und dunkel die Sonne erreicht den Balkon um 17 Uhr.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach.
Das Bett ist sehr schmal, ca 130 cm breit
Die Waschmaschine, Marke Candy, wäscht nur mit Besonderheiten des Tür verschliessens.
Fazit :mir war es einfach zu laut, das Gebäude ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Fahrstühle unzuverlässig der mittlerer blieb einmal stecken die Tür öffnete sich nur halb. Ich hatte Angst
Es war für das gebotene einfach zu teuer
