We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Rubi. The hosts were first class from start to finish. They were so welcoming and even left some lovely treats for us before we arrived. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and genuinely nothing was too much trouble.
The villa itself is modern, beautifully equipped and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It’s also very child-friendly, in a lovely quiet location, while still being within walking distance of Nerja.
It’s around a 25-minute walk to the Balcón de Europa/town centre, although there is a bit of a hill on the way back!
For us, Villa Rubi is A1 for a villa in Nerja. Fantastic hosts, fantastic villa and a great location. It really is a credit to Booking.com and we would have absolutely no hesitation in staying here again.

Melody, la anfitriona, fue excelente. Sabía que veníamos con niños y se aseguró de que hubiera juegos e hinchables para la piscina. Además, nos dio muy buenos consejos y recomendaciones sobre la zona. Respondió rápidamente a todas nuestras preguntas. Las vistas desde la villa son preciosas y la piscina era perfecta. La villa estaba limpia y nos sentimos como en casa. También hay dos supermercados a menos de 5 minutos y el precioso pueblo de Frigliana muy cerca. Sin duda, volveremos.
Todo fue perfecto, no tengo nada negativo que decir. Como ya dije, volveremos seguro. El centro de Nerja está muy concurrido en temporada alta, pero la villa está a solo 5 minutos en taxi, lo que significa que se disfruta de lo mejor de ambos mundos: una villa tranquila y relajante, y si quieres ir al centro, solo tienes que coger un taxi. Además, los taxis llegan enseguida.

Vi ankom om natten, dejligt at der var sat lidt snacks og drikkevarer, så vi kunne lidt i maven inden vi gik til ro.
Dejligt med pool håndklæder.
Dejligt med legetøj til poolen til børnene.
Gode indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden.
Værelset i underetagen lugtede lidt af kælder.
