Excellent stop over but not for visiting old town site.

Very clear instruction send by PDF on how to reach the location and retrieve the property keys and car park remote. Safe parking in the basement. Surrounding in new apartment.

It was really hot until you turn on the air conditioning. The bedroom aircon (Testy brand) seems to have problem to turn on. A bit of distance to walk to the old town.

Jako dobro opremljen apartman i jako lijepo uređen i prostran. Udoban krevet , sve čisto i novo. Kontakt s vlasnikom vrlo jednostavan i uslužan. Lokacija odlična , garaža na korištenje. Preporučam svima.

Приятно и удобно място в нов комплекс. Прекрасна тераса с гледка. Удобен подземен паркинг. Много удобен матрак на спалнята. Заспиваш без проблем.На 20 мин. пеш от стария град на Задар. В близост има Лидл.

Netter Aufenthalt in moderner Wohnung

Tiefgarage, sehr moderne Wohnung mit viel Platz und guter Küche, unkomplizierter Self-Check In, alles war sauber

Nur Kleinigkeiten: Wasser hat komisch gerochen und warmes Wasser war sehr schnell leer, Kleinigkeiten wie spülbürste/Schwamm oder Backpapier haben gefehlt, Bettzeug hat ebenfalls etwas unangenehm gerochen

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Ruhig gelegene, neu eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit großem Balkon in neuem, gepflegtem Wohnblock; für zwei Personen ideal. Kleiner Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren mit dem Rad da und konnten so in wenigen Minuten ins Stadtzentrum fahren. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.
