Jadran apartment with balcony and parking garage

Lovely apartment 20 mins walk from zadar centre , with a great little balcony to watch the sunset. Shops and cafes nearby. Flexible check in was very much appreciated and host are friendly and helpful.

The apartment was a little run down, but for the price nothing to complain about.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit einer tollen Aussicht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Ein praktischer Tipp: Die Garagenein- bzw. -ausfahrt kann auch zu Fuß genutzt werden. Von der Rückseite des Hauses ist sie ebenerdig erreichbar, alternativ kommt man mit dem Aufzug auf Ebene -2. Die Fernbedienung hat vier Tasten, programmiert sind allerdings nur die linke und rechte Taste – jeweils für eines der beiden Rolltore. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es im Apartment eine Dolce-Gusto-Kapselkaffeemaschine, was morgens sehr praktisch war. Wer lieber einen frisch zubereiteten Kaffee möchte, findet außerdem direkt im Erdgeschoss eine Cafeteria. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt: sauber, komfortabel, gut ausgestattet, schöne Aussicht und eine gute Lage für Ausflüge in Richtung Altstadt. Klare Empfehlung!

- głównie słabo zaopatrzona kuchnia (tylko jeden większy kubek zdatny do użytku, drugi niestety był pęknięty, a reszta to małe filiżanki albo szklanki do napojów), porysowana patelnia, którą należałoby wymienić na nową, brak noża do krojenia (dostępny tylko nóż do chleba), brak dużej deski do krojenia, brak zwykłej czarnej herbaty i cukru, - żelazko jest dostępne, ale leje się z niego woda, dlatego można używać tylko na sucho

Le fauteuil du salon est très inconfortable pour s'asseoir. L'ouverture du lave-vaisselle très bruyante. L'ouvre-porte de garage fonctionne de façon aléatoire. La porte d'entrée de l'appartement difficile à ouvrir.
