Welcome to Cactus Cove - A family vacation dream oasis loaded with amenities! Ideal for families with little ones, or larger groups traveling together. Enjoy our unique 30` diameter pool, basketball court, putting green, life size chess and much much more. We look forward to welcoming you here and being apart of your dream vacation at Cactus Cove! The space Amenities Include: • Amazing heated pool with water feature & floaties - Very Unique! • 8 Person poker table • Fitness Center • Putting Green • Basketball court • Frisbee Golf • Hot tub • Ping Pong Table • Magnetic Darts • Kids Jungle Gym • Basketball pong • Fire table with plenty of outdoor seating • 6 pool loungers with umbrellas for shade • Corn Hole - Fun for Kids! Bedroom 1 - The spacious Master bedroom features a king-sized bed, full dresser, large closet and full body mirror. Bedroom 2 - Queen sized bed w/ full body mirror, a crib and large closet. Bedroom 3 – Two twin bunk beds. Together these sleep 4 people. (This room is also themed around “Step Brothers”! Extra Sleeping Space – Pull out couch, private from the living area with private access to the backyard and everything you need to sleep comfortably. - 9 Minutes to Coachella & Stagecoach - 8 Minutes to Indian Wells Tennis Garden - 7 Minutes to Eisenhower Health - 14 Minutes to Old Town La Quinta

1. Checkout is at 10am because of the time it takes to fully prepare the house for incoming guests. Check-in is at 4pm. If we do not have same day guests, we can offer an early check-in / late check-out for up to 3 hours for $40.
2. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests.
3. Dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $150 per dog per stay. Maximum of 2.
4. No smoking anything inside the house
5. Please be considerate of the neighbors. We have full-time residents all around us.
6. Please remove shoes in the house.
7. Pool heating has a cost of $100 per day, 2 days minimum. Please let us know in advance so we can have the pool fully heated for you. Spa heating is complimentary.
8. The City of Indio requires : Submitting ID, Signed Renter`s Agreement and the responsible guest must be at least 21 years of age.

The house was perfect for our stay. We had eight people so ample room for everyone, plenty of space to park two cars in the driveway. The location was central to everything we planned to do- LA, Idyllwild, Sultan Sea, Joshua Tree. Great local options for hiking and trail running. Many places to eat, get coffee and ice cream. We would stay here again.

My kids say “great” and “can we stay a thousand nights”. We were looking for a getaway for a few nights with activities for the kids and this place had it. There were tons of activities for them to do in the backyard and game room. We were 30-40 minutes from Palm Springs downtown and tramway so not bad. Most of our time was just spent hanging out at the home. Oliver had great communication and the house was very spacious.
