Space & warmth, the slab heating was appreciated during our stay.
That the fridge that had ice & cold water dispenser wasn't connected or functional

Nice modern house - good location - albeit a bit far out of town
House was not cleaned properly- dirt and dust everywhere, not well equipped … and the power went out multiple times ( not the fault of the property) but still had massive bearing on quality of stay

The house was comfortable and well-stocked with all the modern conveniences. The under floor heating was very efficient (we stayed in winter) and the number of smart TVs in the home was extraordinary. The location was quiet and relaxing, and the area of North East Victoria, previously not visited, was a surprising bonus for us - we had not visited this area before. Even if you don't fish, play golf or boat, there is plenty to do and see.
