This waterfront property is the perfect place to relax and unwind, overlooking Lake Mulwala with direct access to the lake for all your water activities. Hogan's Boat Ramp is also close by.

Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.

Cleaning: For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern within 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Loss OF Keys: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).

Kudoya Waters is the perfect place to enjoy a family holiday. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and each has its own bathroom, plus the beds are large and very comfortable, the master bedroom has a lovely balcony overlooking the lake from which you can watch sunrise, the kitchen is well equipped, the dining and living area is comfortable and has a big tv and a games cupboard, there is a large dining area outside with a great bbq, and a fenced grassy area where our dog spent a very happy week. It's all well cared for, inside and outside. Everything was easy to organised beforehand and, when we had a few queries after we arrived, they were answered promptly Highly recommended!

Very spacious. Unfortunately there was a problem with the heating unit and the downstairs area was cold.
