Location was good to visit the area and a short walk into Porthleven harbour was a bonus. It had everything we needed and Julia was a great hostess.

Great location. Comfy bed. Good shower. Outside patio which unfortunately never sunny enough for us to use. Useful info from host re local area.
Very tiny room. No view. Insufficient storage, shelving etc. Mix-up re use of sofa bed so no bedding available - had to wait nearly an hour for host to come from next door with duvet and sheets late evening. Dreadful musty smell in cupboards under kitchen sink - had to wash crockery before use as completely tainted. Host unwilling to make small compensation for this. Host didn’t pop in to check everything ok, or to say hello on arrival or goodbye on departure. Disappointing stay.
