Upon entering the property, guests are welcomed into a comfortable living area, ideal for unwinding after a day spent exploring the coast. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays, featuring an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals together. A separate laundry room provides additional convenience during longer stays. Also located on this level is a spacious double bedroom, making the property particularly suitable for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
Upstairs on the second floor, the accommodation continues with a second double bedroom and a bunk room with single bunk beds, perfect for children (please note the top bunk is not suitable for adults). On the top floor, you'll find a versatile day bed with a pull-out trundle, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Access to the loft room is via a pull-down ladder-style staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The loft room is an additional sleeping space for guests who may not want to share. The family bathroom features both a bath and separate shower, along with a WC, providing plenty of space for everyone to refresh after a day at the beach.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio area designed for relaxation and outdoor living. Complete with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a hammock for lazy afternoons in the Cornish sunshine, it is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink after a day of adventures.
Leetor is ideally situated within easy reach of everything that makes Porthleven so special. Renowned for its picturesque harbour, excellent restaurants, cosy cafés, independent galleries and traditional pubs, the village offers a vibrant atmosphere throughout the year. The South West Coast Path passes nearby, providing spectacular walks with breathtaking sea views, while Porthleven Beach offers a wonderful setting for swimming, surfing and family days by the water.
Beyond the village, there is plenty to discover across Cornwall. The golden sands of Praa Sands are just a short drive away, while the historic market town of Helston and the beautiful gardens of the Lizard Peninsula offer excellent days out.
