I would not recommend

Very good location

Mould and damp on walls in both rooms. Wallpaper peeling off. Wrong size toilet seat , sink tap in bathroom coming off . No Wifi. I would not recommend especially for this price. No contact with the owner .

Ok for one night but needs a refresh

Has potential. Good size and location

Very tired ie ripped wallpaper and damp stains on the roof. Smelt of cigarettes/foist. Broken toilet seat and wifi didn’t work. No signal, no TV. Needs a deep clean.

DONT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY! Horrendous apartment

NOTHING this property is in a horrible state and run down NOT LIKE the photos at all. THIS property and owner needs reporting to the local council for there horrendous running of this place. My three children has to sleep in a room where the roof was leaking loads of water onto the bunk beds and neither did they come and help us or even reply to messages or calls. DISGUSTING place/owners. Proper is not like the PHOTOS!

There's DAMAGES to all the insides, the roof and ceiling leaks water all night onto your bunk beds and the owner or neither the maintenance man will respond to your messages to come help.

Luxurious Bridlington Holiday Apartment

The space was well decorated and furnished for a warm family stay. Beds are comfortable (my kids love the bunk bed), adequate kitchen utensils are available and kitchen electronics are functional.

Not that I don't like, just improvements that could take the Rating from 9/10 to 10/10. - The Facility Entrance was a bit obscure - There was no bathroom floor towel or mat. - The shower drainage is a bit blocked and the water flows very slowly.

Lounge area was fine Location great for beach BUT straight opposite a night club so very noisy

Beds were filthy. Dirty, stained sheets on unmade beds. We couldn't sleep in the beds at all and all camped out in lounge area. Toilet seat not attached at all to the toilet. Apartment for 5 people but only had 4 cups and 2 glasses so couldn't all have a warm drink at the same time. Glad I took basics like teabags etc as nothing provided which would have been fine had we had clean beds!

let down by lack of attention to detail and lack of maintenance including insufficient equipment , 2 glasses for 4 people, no kitchen utensils, no plug or bowl in sink to wash up, failure to provide towels for all 4 guests very uncomfortable mattress in second bedroom , broken toilet seat, damage to doors, blinds, holes in walk and bedroom door, rubbish stored in hallway, caused smell and flies

Horrific!

This was the worst experience we have had as a family, it was mouldy, damp unclean, scruffy even! Wouldn’t be fit for a dog let alone a family and absolutely no response from owner! Booking.com you should be ashamed that you’re still letting this owner take peoples money and still let this smack den out! Do not stay here!

Very poor. Accommodation was ok but facilities were dire. Would not recommend.

It was clean

Wallpaper hanging off the spare bedroom, hole in the wall in living room. No hair dryer. No tea or coffee, no sharp knives, no kitchen utensils. Instructions in the drawer for everything apart from the ones we needed for the hob. No kitchen towels for drying pots so had to use a bath towel. No fan even though booking com said there was. No glasses apart from 2 wine glasses. Couldn't get the shower to work, my wife had to wash her hair in the kitchen sink. Shower was either cold or scalding hot . Very noisy pub over the road which didn't quieten down until after 2am. Closing all the windows you could still hear the music. The keys weren't in the key safe as we were advised.

Airbnb Bridlington 14 PrinceStreet. Bridlington. July 28th to 31st. No tea towel to dry pot’s etc, no dishcloth to wipe surfaces, no washing up liquid, no tin opener for the tinned food, no sharp knife for cutting food, no kitchen tools like spatulas, ladles etc, toilet seat broken, only one toilet roll between 5 people, No non slip shower mat and I slipped, no extractor fan in bathroom/toilet No privacy lock on inside of bathroom/toilet door, no internet connection, WiFi not working after 1 day. Contacted vendor who said he was at a funeral for a few days. So was without WiFi most of our stay. Not a clean accommodation at all. The apartment doors were dirty, Some had holes like punch marks on them and some had cracks near hinges apparently. Wallpaper peeling off one of the bedrooms. Hole in living room wall below the Tv. The hallway smelt heavily of mould and damp. Apartment was accessed by 3 short flights of stairs which would have been nice to know.

Amazing views clean and tidy

Beautiful apartment was very clean, we stayed in the top floor apartment, the fact there is seagull screaming all night we couldn't hear a thing once in the apartment, unless windows was open, was so comfortable the sofa I want one my self best sofa have ever sat on

Just where the wallpaper was peeling off in the bunk bedroom, and toilet seat was very loose and a little tight for bigger people but that's a us prombelm, and no toilet paper or coffee facilities

They where in a lock box and the number was sent over been we left home. However the shop down stairs only left a very small gap to get in the doorway.

I didn’t like there was no hand rail in the stair well or lights that you couldn’t switch on, I fell down the bottom step has I couldn’t see it in the dark. The living room was nice but there was a hole in the wall, tv didn’t work. So I tried to sign into to my own Netflix’s but the internet wouldn’t work, so we couldn’t use it. The wallpaper is peeling off in the second bedroom. The bathroom is very small but it needs a vent or fan in there. I didn’t contact the host has it said on the email to only contact if there was an emergency.

On the ad it states you get Netflix and wifi but non worked, they was a hole in the wall and wallpaper coming off, the tv wasn't connecting to the Internet, the beds was uncomfortable, we had to connect the tv through our phone to use the tv

If you have a small child in a pushchair this would be no good as there’s lots of stairs to go up. Holes in doors hole in the living room wall the toilet seat doesn’t even fit the toilet so slides to one side wouldn’t say it was lavish by no means

Got up at 4 am & left as soon as we could!

There was nothing about all the stairs up! The decor/furniture is not true to pics! The bed matresses were so bad the springs were poking into your back! Also seemed like the linen was not cleaned! The toilet seat was broken & no hand towel, bath matt, towels wouldn’t dry you! The hot water was not controllable. Cold to burning! Big holes in the wall! TV would not work. You get the picture!

Perfect location and gorgeous apartment. We would definitely recommend but make sure we took a toilet roll next time!

The location was excellent It was very modern and very spacious

The toilet was broken and there was no toilet roll what so ever in the accommodation. I’ve got ulcerative colitis so this wasn’t good on arrival after we had been travelling 2 hours to get there. No bin bag in the bin either so had to use a sandwich bag for our rubbish!

Too many stairs up to the apartment. Very noisy and roudy outside. When rang for help there was none. Definitely not returning. Didn't stop, and applying for a refund

Promising break let down by poor communication

The location is superb. The open plan kitchen and living area with island was a great family area. Although we didn’t use the microwave or cooker/hob all looked to be really clean. The fridge was clean. Plenty of power points in the bedrooms

No key code or WiFi code. Had to ask at the shop next door (who had a contact for the owner -who didn’t respond to my earlier texts). Luckily we weren’t arriving on Monday or Tuesday as that shop doesn’t open on those days. The tv stopped working on our first morning (6am start with a toddler and no tv was not ideal). Contacted the owner and his rep and event got the WiFi code - this did not connect the tv tho. I rang the rep during the day and he was going to reset the router - but it didn’t work and we remained without a tv for the remainder of our stay. (We contacted the owner and rep again but no further response). No plug for the kitchen sink. The kitchen has only 3 glasses and no cooking utensils. There is only one decent mirror - in the bathroom. The back of each door is in need of paint or repair - what looks like a hole punched in the back of one door. One smoke alarm on top of the microwave and another in a bedroom drawer. Wallpaper in the family bedroom coming off the wall.

Very clean and modern, free access to WiFi, Netflix great for us a family. Great location on beach front. Was even to check in early. We would definitely return.
