The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the property. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around Ha Long.

Die Lage, der schöne Pool Bereich.
Besonders das hilfsbereite und freundliche Personal besonders Herr Kien haben uns gut gefallen.
Die Dusche war ein wenig unpraktisch da das ganze Bad nass geworden ist.

Super nettes Personal am Empfang, der Preis für das Zimmer in gut und es gibt süße Katzen in der Unterkunft.
Das Zimmer hätte sauberer sein können. Der Kühlschrank hat geschimmelt und gestunken.
Es gab keinen Fernseher, obwohl er auf den Bildern zu sehen war.
Es gab nur eine sehr schmale Bettdecke, die für uns zwei Personen nicht gereicht hat.
Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren frisch gewaschen, jedoch hatten sie einige Flecken.
Es gab kein Shampoo oder Duschgel im Badezimmer.
Das Frühstück war nicht gut, sehr einfach und der Kaffee kostete extra und hat nicht geschmeckt.
