Fotos idênticas ao apartamento. Localização excelente. Prédio novo , sauna e piscina ótimas. Vaga de garagem ótima tbm
Achei muito caro ter q pagar 10 dólares por cada pacote que chegasse pelo correio. Em nenhum momento foi avisado desse custo. Tbm Fiquei sem armário no quarto, depois de 7 dias levaram uma arara.

Location. It is located very centrally with everything within 5 mins walk, supermarkets, trolley stop and metro station. Most tourist attractions were within 20 mins drive.
space- the apartment is quite spacious with 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, diner and lounge open plan, two toilets and a large balcony with fantastic view of Miami downtown.
One toilet was temperamental and didn’t work most of the time despite a visit by handyman. The other toilet got blocked on last night leaving us without toilet. Staff said they do not have emergency service which was inhumane specially when we had two babies with us.
There was no manual or instructions to operate the appliances, not even WiFi password written anywhere.
Service was very poor and slow. We wasted time waiting for the keys and repair of the toilet.

Great location, close to shopping mall, convenience store, pharmacy, easy access to HWY, and to Brightline train station.
The apartment needs a deep cleaning, there were hair in both washrooms, dirty floors, balcony also dirty.
