The view to the Ocean.
Bedroom doors were difficult to open and close. kitchen tap is not operating properly. Housekeeping needs improvement, the balcony was very dirty.

the customer service. from beginning to end great service. Carl and staff were awesome.
only the loud music at 2 to 3 in the morning. not sure where it was coming from but it happened every night. mild homeless issues. nothing the property could do. just voicing opinion.

Very easy check in, owner was very accommodating and let us arrive early. Location is great and easy to walk to lovely areas of Brickell. Beautiful views from the apartment, well equipped for self catering if required. Would recommend.
