Great location, clean and tidy, good base for what we needed, a get together with friends.
It was a squash to seat 4 adults comfortably as only one sofa and a chair that wasn’t particularly comfy so one had to sit on the floor. Small tv there was a large one in the study which seemed the wrong way round 🙈
Could do with a mat inside the bath for the shower it was very slippy.

Great location with dogwalking possibilities close by. Need car to get to a shop.
Needs a little attention, small repairs, starting to look a little run down.

It might just have been due to the bad weather but it was really noisy at night with the wind and rain, much noisier than when we have bad weather at home curiously!
