I liked how the interior was modernized, it was cute. It was great to have 3 towels per person, and a place to hang clothes.
The host was really nice and gave good tips on what to do and where to eat in Ikebukuro. We especially loved Tenka Sushi!
Walking 17 minutes to Ikebukuro station everyday was tiring, but in the night it can be exciting.
The apartment was quite dark and smelled a little musty. Also the apartment was smaller than I thought, not bigger than a hotel room.
But considering the price all in all it was a good place to stay, we felt like a local living in Tokyo.

Good location - 10 minutes from metro station at Ikebukuro.
Apartments were small but everything was in it - comfortable bed, fridge (but small), shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, supplement for washing clothes (by hand), kettle, plates, rice cooker.
Host Koharu was extremely nice and helped us during our stay! We was pleased to talk to her.
Shower room was really small, kitchen was even more smaller (luckily we didn't need it), hallway was so small that we barely got our luggage though it.
