Kaku Studio Apartment Ikebukuro

My stay at Koharu's place has been very good experience. I got very good advices about what to do in Tokyo and suggestions for not touristic places to visit. I think the biggest value is what the host can provide in terms of information. Ikebukuro is a well connected area and one of the top stations in Tokyo.

The host (Koharu) was absolutely amazing and very helpful, even before I arrived in Japan. She sent me personal recommendations, useful maps, check-in instructions, and even helped me with questions about luggage delivery and local restaurants. The communication was excellent throughout the whole stay, and she even offered to keep helping after check-out. The room itself was small, but it had everything I needed. It was exactly as shown in the photos and exactly what I had booked, so there was no false advertising at all. I was very happy with it. I also really enjoyed exploring Ikebukuro. I went on daily walks around the area, and Ikebukuro Station was easy to reach on foot in about 20 minutes. I would definitely love to come back next year.

There was nothing I really disliked. The room is small, but that was clear from the description and exactly what I booked and wanted.
