ベッドも浴室も清潔でした。チェックイン前に荷物を預けられる無料のロッカーがあり暗証番号で管理できるので安心でした。ライブ観覧での宿泊のため19時チェックインしたのでロケーションは向かいのビルが見えますが気になりませんでした。
周囲が繁華街で駅からの道ではお酒を提供するお店の呼び込みのような定員さんも多く、幼児や小学生連れには向かない場所かもしれません。

The location was excellent, room was clean, free breakfast, lobby food hall was very convenient. Value for money.
Room too small, the room was not cleaning everyday.

They have a parking lot even it’s located in busy area right by Ikebukuro station.
I didn’t feel it’s very clean the way they serve breakfast and the place where we eat.
