The price is really good for Tokyo
Ikebukuro is a great base to start your days, cause transport is amazing

I would say request a lower floor if you have heavy luggage.

Great location, easy train station access, convenient amenities, nice and spacious bathroom, overall good building and would stay again.
The stairs, but it’s not a deal breaker.

地點便利，入住跟退房都方便，可以提早寄行李。
沒有電梯還排在五樓，房間很小，所有照片放在一起讓人誤會房間的大小。並不是每個房間大小都是一樣的。
