Except for the cockroaches, the hotel is in good location and stay was good.

Location of this hotel is good. there are lots of nice restaurants around and the place is quite good.

Cockroaches in the hotel are a mess. There are lots of cockroaches in this hotel. Though the staff maintained cleanliness, the cockroaches are a big mess here.

Great area to live with average room cleaning inside the hotel

The location of the apartment is great, it’s decent family area around as well as very neat and clean. You feel like home.

The apartments are not clean as it should be or pictures are shown. There are cockroaches and bathrooms are smelly dirty and broken! We had to change the apartment bcz it was not clean even next we got was a bir better but not up to standard!

Sorry, it's not for me!

The staff was friendly - checkin process was easy. It's strategically located and is pretty close to Ibn Batuta mall (5-7 minutes drive) even though it's in the far end of Dubai. Price was okay, considering I booked last-minute.

The hotel had this weird smell as soon as you enter the corridoor - It's probably a very old construction but looked like carpets have never been cleaned. In my room especially, I spotted lock of hair on my carpet in various places! I ordered a coffee in the morning from the room service and it was not nice and overpriced. TV did not have any option to connect netflix or other apps.

Everything was very good.Room was neat and clean and specially the kitchen with all the facilities.I like parkside and that was my 4th stay.

I think there is nothing to dislike.
