La ubicación, que tuviera parking y la amabilidad por parte del anfitrión.
Que no tuviera calefacción central, aunque tenía radiadores electricos, al no poder tener una temperatura mínima, cuando llegabamos hacia frío.

El apartamento tiene asociada una plaza de aparcamiento en un parking cercano
Una de las habitaciones da a un patio interior y hay muchísimo ruido. Las paredes son de papel y puedes escuchar perfectamente a los vecinos. El apartamento no estaba muy limpio, y tiene muchas alfombras que se notaba que no estaban lavadas Las almohadas eran bastante malas.
