ロケーションはとても良いです。エレベーター付きのメトロの駅から徒歩3分くらい、周囲にはスーパー、Bar、カフェ、パン屋、日用品店など、生活に必要なものはすべて徒歩圏内。アパートの建物はミラノの昔ながらのスタイル（中庭のある集合住宅）が体験でき、庶民の生活を体感できます。1人～2人なら十分な広さの部屋でした。洗濯機と洗濯物を干すラックがあるのも助かりました。
窓に網戸（蚊よけZanzariera）がついていたら、もっと良かったです。気温が上がりはじめ、蚊が出てきた時期に滞在していたため。部屋にエアコンはついていますが、私はエアコンは苦手なのと、エアコンをつけるほどの暑さではない日もありました。でも窓を閉めていると暑い、という時に網戸があればとても快適でした。それから、今回は一人滞在だったので洗濯物干しラックの大きさは足りましたが（足りるように工夫しました）、二人なら絶対足りない大きさなので、イタリアで一般的な大きさのものがあれば更に良かったです。

Es un apartamento pequeño pero cómodo y con todo lo necesario.
Cuando llegamos estaba la tapa del wáter rota haciéndole inutilizable, dimos aviso y pasaron los siete días de estancia sin que la cambiasen
