Buonarroti Cozy Apartment

Buona posizione, vicina alla stazione metro. All’interno della casa erano presenti utensili da cucina, prodotti da bagno a sufficienza per il periodo di soggiorno.

L’assistenza clienti telefonica non è stata accogliente. Abbiamo riscontrato un problema all’ingresso del palazzo, con l’apertura del cancello principale e la signora al telefono è stata sgarbata e poco paziente nei nostri confronti.

Muy buena ubicacion

The location of the apartment is excellent – the metro station is very close by, and there is a shop and a pizzeria right across the street, which makes the stay very convenient. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped with all the essential amenities needed for a short stay. The pleasant atmosphere and good connectivity to the rest of the city are definitely a big plus.

There is a large construction site nearby, and it can be quite noisy when the window is open.

The apartment was very comfortable and well located in a quiet neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, and very close to supermarkets and two metro stations. Ideal for long stays and very clean.

Nothing negative to say, just a suggestion: I would tell the owner or manager to increase the number of electrical socket for higher-wattage devices. There are many spckets, but they are the old-fashioned kind, so there's nowhere to plug in a laptop or an iron (which the apartment has), as these have a European plug with larger diameter prongs that don't fit. I had to unplug the air conditioner to be able to use my laptop. I would also recommend leaving some salt and sugar and a couple of coffee capsules as a welcome gift so guests don't have to buy everything for just a few days.
