Clean , large room , almost every thing we need was in the unite .
There was no person to communicate with directly in the resort .

A hideaway cot would have been helpful. The misunderstanding regarding the water park was a bummer.

The condo was lovely and comfortably set up. You could see the water from the dining room, living room, and balcony. Full shade on the private balcony and a public balcony a few steps away with all sun and beautiful viewing of sunset. A family of 4, two adults, one toddler, and one baby - so for the water park we just had to buy one additional ticket and we had a full day of fun right outside our door. We always had a free parking spot for one car. A short drive into Clearwater proper for Marinas and dolphin rides. Beach was 3 blocks away and the Condo had a private closet with a wagon, beach toys, and umbrellas. Bring a sponge for cleaning at the sink.
A little maintenance could be done within the condo but it did not hamper the stay at all. Note that there are three separate thermostats in the Condo. The first night the second bedroom was a bit warm but I realized the next morning that there was a thermostat in the room set for 78. Once this was changed there was no issues. Mini golf was at the holiday inn next door and was not free but it was nice and shady.

The air conditioning did not work well, the dryer does work well the lint trap is tore and there is a lot of lint in it.
