Good area to see all the sights. Close to supermarket and metro.

Very cosy. Suited the 3 of us for a short stay. I’d read all the reviews and it’s a small apartment, but you’re in Paris so it wouldn’t be big! Very clean and very easy to clean yourself too. Quiet road. Nice neighbours. Facilities are fine. Beds comfy. Played Uno, watched tv all good. No oven but we ate out regardless. Would return.

We were fine but would say more than 3 would feel cramped.

Disappointing!

We liked the vibrant area and close proximity to Metro.

The description was deceptive! Only after booking was I made aware of the 65euro cleaning fee and given an extensive checklist to clean the apartment myself if not willing to pay. Was refused cancellation. Did not respond to my messages to change check in time when our train was delayed. Not multiple bedrooms, only one with uncomfortable fold out beds crammed into other spaces within the apartment. Bathroom was difficult to use due to very tight space and needed to be accessed via the bedroom. Shower nozzle was hard to use as the bracket was broken and needed to be held by hand for washing. Door handle to bedroom was broken and chocked up with a tissue to prevent it from falling off. Advertised fireplace boarded up. We spent more time cleaning the place than doing anything else in the apartment.

4 Night Stay

Apartment was beautiful! Comfy bed and bed settee. Very clean and plenty of cleaning products / bathroom products. Very quiet for the area, apartment is down a cul de sac. Mini bar was a great idea with very good prices for drinks if needed. Neighbours were quiet, felt very safe. Lots of local amenities and Joseph gave us some recommendations for restaurants. Handy for Max Dormoy metro. Overall an excellent stay.

It was a pleasure to rediscover Paris from this nice and comfy accomodation.

I simply enjoyed staying there. The host was very kind and helpful and the apartament was clean, tastefully furnished. The area is full of shops and restaurants and you can have access to various railway and metro stations.

Not worth it

Price

We were told that we would have to clean the bathrooms, kitchen and vacuum/wash the floors or else get charged an additional 65 euro at check/in. I couldn’t find this info anywhere on the listing. So that left me questioning if the place was professionally cleaned prior to our arrival? I cleaned to avoid the additional charge so now the next group staying at this property had it cleaned based on how well I did it. This shouldn’t be an option. The price of cleaning should be built into the room rate as it was for our other 6 bookings on our trip.

Overall, an enjoyable stay.

A very quiet and comfortable apartment suitable for 4 people (rather than 6). Close to the metro providing easy access to the centre of Paris. Also close to a well stocked shop, restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed the 25 minute walk to Montmartre. In the evenings, the area came to life with people enjoying food & drinks at the local cafe bar.

As in previous reviews & typical for Paris apartments, the bathroom and kitchen are very small which was fine for us as we enjoyed eating out. As is true of many major cities, the neighbourhood itself felt a bit daunting initially but we soon adapted - younger families may find this challenging.

L'appartement était très bien. Le quartier est calme. Un peu serré à 5 mais pour un logement à Paris, c'est très bien. L'hôte était très réactif.

La porte de la salle de bain se ferme mal. La cuisine est très étroite.

Appartamento fatiscente e poco pulito. Bagno piccolissimo con lavandino quasi inesistente, le tende della vasca ammuffite e ingiallite dal tempo e dalla poca igene. Il divano letto impolverato con odore di sudore . La zona dove si trova l’appartamento e’ sporca e ci ha dato un senso di poca sicurezza di sera come donne , per me e la mia collega . Il prezzo richiesto non rispecchia assolutamente la ( poca ) qualita offerta. Una volta pagato su booking ci e’ stato richiesto un extra costo di pulizia oppure di pulire autonomamente l’appartamento prima di uscire . Non consigliato

Appartamento molto carino e con ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Gestore molto disponibile e preciso. Appartamento ben tenuto, dotato di molti comfort e con tutto il necessario. Facilmente raggiungibile in metro. In 6 persone ci si sta tranquillamente.

Il quartiere in cui si trova potrebbe sembrare, in alcuni momenti, poco sicuro ma penso sia solo un'impressione.

Locatia aproape relativ de statii ale mijloacelor de transport in comun. Apartamentul destul de bine dotat.

Baia, este foarte mica, ceea ce nu iti dai seama din poze dar de fapt partea cea mai putin confortabil a fost usa de la baie care este de fapt pliabila si nu se poate inchide complet, cel putin noi nu reuseam.

Pésima

La verdad que lo unico bueno es la limpieza, me he llevado una decepción con todo lo demás. Las fotos no tiene nada que ver con la amplitud del apartamento.

Ubicación de todo muy lejos, en coche a unos 45 o 50 minutos de cualquier interes turístico, si vas con familia muy mal, barrio africano y arabe por las noches muchas peleas, apartamento muy pequeño, el inodoro tiene que sentarse de lado porque sino no puedes usarlo, el baño para bañarse extremadamente pequeño. El apartamento no tiene ni ventilador ni aire con una ola de calor tuvimos que comprarlo nosotros, porque no se podía estar de calor. No hay sitio para guardar ropa en el apartamento todo en maleta. Sobre la cocina la nevera tenía bebidas y comida por si la necesitaba tenias que pagarla tipo minibar. No lo recomiendo para nada, al terminar el apartamento quiere que pasemos aspiradora, limpiar el baño. Una cosa es dejarlo limpio pero otra cosa una limpieza a fondo para el siguiente huésped.

L'appartamento era nel complesso accogliente e caratteristico, seppur gli spazi comuni fossero di ridotte dimensioni. La sua posizione era sufficientemente comoda, trovandosi non molto lontano dalla linea della metro. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti, e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per avere un piacevole soggiorno.

Abbiamo trovato piuttosto scomodo utilizzare il lavandino del bagno perché era effettivamente molto piccolo, e la cucina, che seppur fornita di fornello a induzione e microonde, non ci ha permesso di cucinare per tutta la famiglia (eravamo in 5).

War ein gelungener Uglaub für uns!

Wir haben hier eine Woche mit unseren 4 Kindern verbracht (Alter 21, 18, 15 und 7 Jahre) Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und hatten genügend Platz und die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Perfekt um Tagsüber Paris zu erkunden! Eine Markthalle, Bäcker und Supermärkte sowie Restaurants waren in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Mit der U-Bahn kommt man schnell in die Innenstadt.

2 extra Decken wären gut gewesen. Die Umgebung war für uns gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gasse aber auf dem Weg zur U-Bahn kommen einem schon ein paar „komische“ Typen entgegen (Vorallem Abends)

Mi reserva estaba programada para ingresar a las 4:00 p.m., y habíamos confirmado esta franja horaria de check-in con el anfitrión. Sin embargo, debido a un retraso en nuestro transporte, llegamos al centro de París aproximadamente dos horas más tarde de lo previsto, a las 6:00 p.m. Lamentablemente, a pesar de haber intentado reiteradamente comunicarnos con el anfitrión para coordinar nuestra llegada una vez tuvimos conexión, no obtuvimos respuesta alguna. Esta situación nos dejó literalmente desamparados en el centro de una ciudad desconocida y sin acceso al alojamiento que habíamos reservado para una noche completa. Nuestro viaje a París se vio gravemente afectado, ya que no tuvimos la posibilidad de disfrutar del apartamento en ningún momento, debido a la falta de asistencia y comunicación por parte del anfitrión. Quisiera recalcar que seleccionamos la franja horaria de check-in en función de los horarios de nuestro vuelo y transporte, y que contábamos con el acceso al alojamiento en cualquier momento hasta las 10:00 p.m., como se indicaba en la página
