Clean, Spacious, and Right on the Beach

The room was very clean. Parking is on the street but ample and felt safe. The location is excellent, right on the beach. Easy to walk to a bus to get into Thessaloniki. Walking distance to good restaurants.

The walls are very thin. You can hear everything going on with your neighbors. The other people on our floor were very loud and inconsiderate. The beds are thin and not the most comfortable but adequate. The shower drain backs up through a different drain, outside the shower.

Exceptional stay – couldn’t have asked for more!

The apartment was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and beautifully decorated. The location is absolutely perfect — right on the beach. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. This place exceeded all our expectations — highly recommended and we can’t wait to come back!

Impecable crib

The apartment was new, modern, clean, comfortable, No mold, no musky smells, no funky smells.Everything was stacked with a backup. Kitchen apliances like never used before. Mosquito nets, shades, AC units in both of the rooms, again everything new and impeccable.We got clean towels every day. It was crispy awesome .The location was right by the beach and we had nice view from the balkony.

Perfect stay in Perea

The apartment is very close to the beach - 20m. There is a very long walkway, this is perfect for morning and evening walks. The apartment was very clean, everyday changing the towels, its perfect for two adults and two children. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a big terrace with sea view. The host is very kind and the communication was very quickly. There is a free parking place. For sure we will visit you again.

Бевме фамилијарно на краток престој за Велигденските празници. Апартманот е комплетно реновиран, се е ново и убаво, тоалетот и бањата се комфорни и супер чисти со фен за коса. Кујната е комплетно опремена и нова, има микробранова и машина за перење алишта. Супер локација во прва линија до море, нема резервиран паркинг за гостите, но има место за паркирање на улицата до апартманот. Брачниот кревет е голем и супер удобно за спиење со чиста постелнина и чисти пешкири. Во близина има таверни, ресторани и кафулиња со лежалки. Плажата пред апартманот е слободна и не се наплаќа. Домаќините беа толку многу внимателни со изненадување со слатки мали подароци за Велигден за нас и за децата.

Во One bedroom apartment е тесно за фамилија со 2 поголеми деца, идеално би било за фамилија со мало дете. Инаку софата која се нуди за 2 лица за спиење е коректна и има наддушек кој овозможува удобност при спиењето.

😊New building right in front of the beach in the most beautiful part of Perea where the water is the cleanest and the air is the saltiest. Immaculately clean apartments equipped with all new, great place to relax!

☹️The only thing missing is mosquito nets, it's always important for me to have them where I go, but this is just my suggestion. In any case, the aparthotel is wonderful 💯😊

Апартаментът беше страхотен, точно какъвто е на снимките, та дори и по-хубав. Изключително чист и поддържан, с всичко необходимо. Спалното бельо и кърпите ухаеха невероятно, просто нямам никакви забележки. Настаняването се случи изключително удобно, без излишни комуникации, само с едно съобщение с изключително точни и ясни инструкции. Пешеходната крайбрежна алея е точно отпред и в рамките на 15-20 мин пеша се стига до заведения, пекарни, магазини. Запазваме си мястото и отново ще се върнем!

Moderne, saubere Zimmer an der Strandpromenade.

Alles neu und sehr sauber, gute Lage an der Strandpromenade, schöner Meerblick. Es gibt sogar Liegen für drn Strand und täglichen Zimmerservice mit frischen Handtüchern.

Das Zimmer (Meerblick, Balkon) mit bequemem Bett und moderner Küchenzeile ist klein. Bad und Balkon sind ausreichen groß. Nach der Saison, (Oktober) war es relativ kalt (Wind, kaum frontale Sonne, Fliesenboden).

Izby boli útulné, menšie, ale nič tomu nechýbalo. Kuchyňa aj kúpeľňa bola vybavená. Osušky, fén, župany, hygienické potreby k dispozícii. Každý deň nám upratovali. Bezkontaktný check-in. Hneď vedľa pláže, výhľad z balkóna fantastický. Promenádou do rušnej časti desať minút. Bol to príjemný pobyt.

Perfekt für eine Nacht und länger!

Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Bad, Parkmöglichkeiten. Wasser zur Begrüßung, Küchenausstattung, direkt am Meer, Restaurants in der Nähe. Obwohl es keine Rezeption gibt, war die Kommunikation einwandfrei.

Hatten ein Doppelbett-Zimmer gebucht, aber zwei Einzelbetten-Zimmer bekommen. Matratzen für uns zu weich.

Hervorragende Lage und sehr gepflegte Anlage!

Die Lage am Strand von Perea ist hervorragend und die Aussicht phänomenal. Mein Studio war im 3. Stock mit direktem Blick auf das Meer, sogar auf dem Bett liegend kann man auf das Meer schauen und den Klang der Wellen hören. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, was für mich kein Problem war, denn die Treppen haben zwischen den Stockwerken einen Absatz und das erleichtert das gehen. Der Strand befindet sich genau gegenüber der Anlage, nicht mal 1 Minute entfernt. Es ist eine ruhigere Gegend, aber Tavernen und Cafes sind nicht weit entfernt. Ebenfalls in der Nähe ist das Shuttle-Boot nach Thessaloniki, was ich für für einen Besuch in der Stadt empfehle. Mit dem Bus dauert es länger, denn man muss umsteigen und die Busse sind oft überfüllt. Die Apartmentanlage ist sehr professionell geführt, wird perfekt gepflegt und die online Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verläuft ausgezeichnet, sehr reaktionsschnell und sehr freundlich. Man bekommt alle erforderlichen Auskünfte und im Zimmer befinden sich auch noch weitere schriftliche Informationen zur Umgebung. Besonders hilfreich fand ich die Hinweise mit dem genauen Wegeverlauf, z.B. zum Sklavenitis Supermarkt. Kurz vor dem Supermarkt ist ein sehr guter Bäcker, gegenüber vom Supermarkt befindet sich eine Apotheke. Das Zimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Möbel sind wie neu, das Bad ist qualitativ hochwertig (tolle Fliesen), hat genügend Ablagen und ist insgesamt sehr schön mit genügend Platz. Der Wasserdruck ist hoch! Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, sogar eine Mikrowelle ist da! Am allerbesten ist jedoch das Bett! Die Matratze mit den verschiedenen Liegezonen ist hervorragend und war für mich sehr, sehr bequem!! (Natürlich abhängig von persönlichen Gewohnheiten). Ich bin spät am Abend angereist und habe mich sehr gefreut, dass im Zimmer Wasser, Kaffee, Zucker, Dosenmilch und Kekse bereit standen, das war perfekt für den Morgenkaffee am nächsten Tag. Vielen Dank dafür! Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und aufmerksam!
