Peefect location but some room arent perfect

Location of hotel is perfect. Stufd is very friendly and proffesional. Good for value.

Position of room. Its groundfloor with nad look with lot of construction materials. Drain whole in bathroom middle floor wasnt close. It was possible to out in whole with foot.

Couple - weekend getaway

We had a really positive experience during my hotel stay. The location was perfect. It was close to everything we needed and the whole place was clean and well kept. It had all the facilities you'd expect, and even though it was December, the room stayed warm and comfortable the entire time. There was always plenty of hot water, which made mornings and evenings super easy. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel even better.

The only downside was the thinness of the walls. We could hear normal conversations from the rooms next door, almost as if the people were right there with us. It wasn’t terrible, but it was definitely noticeable and sometimes distracting.

we had a good stay here

we arrived early and the hotel staff allowed us to leave our cases in a secure area until check-in time. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was excellent for the beach and restaurants.

We did not like being awakened at 7:30 am by builders working on the upper floor. We complained and the staff were apologetic but nothing was done about it. a previous review says that the hotel said that all building works would be finished by the 21st of July which was not the case . We would not have stayed here if we had known this, we recommend this hotel but only if the management can absolutely guarantee that no works are in progress.

A short stop by the Peraia beach

it was located a short walk by the sea

the supposedly side sea view was obstructed by scaffolding . the insane and illogical signs: do not use the elevator unless you are carrying luggage ! wash your feet outside, so that you are not carrying sand inside the hotel! Overall a second rate hotel that caters to foreign tourists from the balkans exploiting its position by the beach

Very friendly people. Location is superb. We had a wonderful time.

There were a couple of families staying who were very noisy late at night. The rooms are not soundproof but we did eventually manage to get some sleep.

Disappointing

It was clean and warm....but...

I could literally hear the people in the toilets throughout the hotel pee, by that I mean the stream hitting the water, while I am in my bed trying to sleep. Horrible sound isolation
