Convenient, Hassle-Free, Comfortable.

Great for a long layover! Located inside the airport and no need to leave the transit area. Hassle-free check-in and clean, simple rooms perfect for short stays (6hrs). Great to be able to shower and rest before our next flight. Room service available and all toiletries supplied. Loved it so much, we booked for our return flight.

Nothing, very small rooms no windows feels like a prison cell

Washroom smelled very bad due to the type of rooms, honestly not worth it at all, I would recommend go to a lounge where you can have relaxing area much better value.

Best thing at the Airport

I stayed here again on my return flight home. I had a 7 hr layover. I love that this hotel option is available. It is incredibly convenient.

Disappointing and stressful

I requested a wake up call 3 hours before my flight departure and they woke me up after my plane had departed. The staff were no help and felt no remorse. I had to call my children in Australia to help me book a flight home. I was left stranded on Abu Dhabi with no help whatsoever. Only one staff apologised and later the assistant manager send an apology email with no proper compensation.

It is modern on the photos and modern in reality, but it had no ordinary lighting sufficient enough.

My room was freezing cold and I was ynable to adjust the temperature even though I have tried a few times. So I needed to put an wxtra clothing to sleep, and that’s in Abu Dhabi!!

Excellent location , comfortable and functional rooms, considering its inside the airport

AC was set to 16 degrees Celsius . Who sets AC this low ? Really uncomfortable and my stay was 6 hours . It barely rose to 18 when I left . And there was no hot water even after running it for 10 minutes. For a 5-6 hours stay in the middle of the night , they can’t expect me to be calling and sorting out basic room issues

Only if you really had to…

The location.

None of the rooms had windows. The tv stopped working out of nowhere. And it was noisy! Not just from loud guests and families stomping and shouting outside the room, but also the cleaning staff who would ram the vacuums against the walls when cleaning the rooms next to mine (or the hallway - too tired to leave my bed to check). This is something staff should insist on - ppl don’t stay here for a holiday - they come to sleep between flights.

A restful sleep!

The hotel is located within the transit area of Abu Dhabi Airport, just a short distance from immigration control. The rooms are very small and windowless, but extremely clean and comfortable. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and allows for a restful sleep. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the fourth floor or directly in the room. The quality of the breakfast items is good. The staff was very kind.

Great location but has it's shortfalls

So we booked this hotel as we had a 12 hour stopover. The staff were friendly and the hotel is in a great location. They provided toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and also bottled water. The room was very clean.

So what I found annoying is that they provide a hairdryer with no access to a mirror so if you want to wash and dry your hair you can't see in a mirror even with a handheld mirror it was impossible. Also the rooms are dark, as there are no windows, which is fine except when you are trying to put on makeup, this was impossible as the bathroom was so dark even with all the lights on and the mirror light on. They really should have a mirror in the main room on the wall so you can blow dry your hair and also put a bright light in the bathroom.

I will definitely stay there again if coming through Abu Dhabi because of the convenience.

Convenience of arriving from a long flight and almost immediately checking into a hotel located within the airport. Only having to go through security instead of Customs was also a bonus.

Rooms were really tiny. Outlets for charging electronics were difficult to acccess.

Good sized room at the airport for a 9 hour stopover. Functional for myself and two teenage children (double and single beds). Modern, clean and spacious enough. Shower and toiletries were lovely.

Cost was high given the short stay, but it was convenient and better than an airport lounge as we wanted to sleep.

Priceless quiet sleeping time for people who cannot sleep well in an airplane.

It was great to spend my 12 hours of layover at the airport with my 4 years old daughter. The airport doesn’t have any place that small kids can play,(the airport itself is gorgeous and has lots of shops but not really kids friendly) so it was a great decision to take this hotel. We could sleep and take a shower and spend time in a quiet place before 10 hour flight. The room was small but very clean and quiet.

It’s bit costly for 12 hours of stay without meal.
