The property had been refurbished and maintained in an excellent condition with all of the appliances in proper working condition. An excellent host, was surprised to find welcome treat in the refrigerator.
The access to the property (which is in first floor) is not very clean, and we could not keep the balcony open full time on a hot summer day, as the people in nearby property kept smoking throughout the day and night making it difficult staying with kids

The cleanliness.
The availability of parking.
The proximity to the beach, the pub, the shop, and the coastal walks.
The flat was a jewel in a tired block.
The master bed was ok, an upgraded mattress would be on the cards.
