⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay – Even Better the Second Time!

This was our second time at Emilie and Gerard’s apartment, and it was just as perfect as we remembered — maybe even better! The home has such a warm and positive vibe, is very well equipped, and the beds are super comfortable, which is a big plus after long days exploring Paris. It’s extremely family- and kids-friendly, with everything you need for a stress-free stay. The location is excellent: the RER station is just a few steps away, a bakery is right downstairs, supermarkets are close by, and you’re only 2 stops from Disneyland and about 45 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Communication with Emilie was outstanding — she’s kind, flexible, and truly cares about her guests. She even went above and beyond to help us with a small request during our stay, and surprised us with a sweet little gift. Those thoughtful touches really make a difference! We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped, and welcoming home in Paris!

Great place, great location

The location is great in terms of distance to Disnayland (10 min by train), especially if you don't want to drive there. It is also 3 min away from railway station, but no noise at all related to train circulation. Very good connections to Paris and Disnayland from the railway station. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and what we needed for a weekend (2 adults and 2 children), as we went there to visit and only needed a comfortable place to sleep. I liked that we found cold water in the fridge when we arrived (after a long drive in a hot summer day). We did not use the kitchen appliance, but I noticed it had the basic to make breakfast. The hosts are very responsive and more than willing to help. The building has an underground parking, which came very useful as we left the car and moved around by train and metro (because car traffic is a nightmare). We absolutely loved the check-out hour (until 11.00) because my kids are not early birds, so we could avoid rushing. Clearly, a reccomendation for the place and defeintely a comeback for us! Constructive suggestion: leave extra bed sheets to cover at night during summer, because the duvets are far too thick for summer but we could have used something light to cover over night.

Very successful family holiday, would love to come back again.

Very close to the RER A station, allowing access to Disneyland and the center of Paris. Very quiet and peaceful area, close to a bakery and a grocery store. Several restaurants nearby. A great base for relaxation away from the crowds with the possibility of sightseeing in Paris.

A great stay

Smile house was conveniently placed for us as we were visiting Disney and the community around the apartment felt very safe and secure. The apartment itself is compact with all the facilities needed and a good mix of food options and super market available near by. We had a perfect holiday in Smile house apartment and highly recommend it for anyone who are looking to make this a holiday choice for staying.

Great location!

Great location for a visit to Disney. Right at the metro station, and supermarket on your doorstep. Apartment was perfectly comfortable for our family of four, it was a bonus to have parking in the building.

We didn't do any laundry as there wasn't anywhere to dry the clothes, but this wasn't a big problem for us.

Το κατάλυμα είναι ότι καλύτερο για μια οικογένεια με παιδιά που θέλει κάτι καθαρό ήσυχο ασφαλές και κοντά στην Ντίσνεϊ για τις διακοπές του. Ειναι δίπλα στο σταθμό των τρένων αλλα έχει και κλειστό πάρκινγκ για όποιον έρθει με αυτοκίνητο. Στα 50μ έχει μάρκετ και φούρνο και στα 150μ ένα πολύ καλό ταχυφαγείο. Για τους οικοδεσπότες δεν έχω λόγια… μακάρι να ήταν όλοι έτσι. Κάνουν πολλά παραπάνω από όσα περιμένεις να κάνουν. Εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί άνθρωποι πρόθυμοι να σε βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε. μόνο καλές αναμνήσεις έχω από αυτούς. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Gerard - Emilie

Το κατάλυμα δίπλα στον σταθμό του τρένου, πολύ κοντά σε μαγαζιά και σούπερ μάρκετ.Ο οικοδεσπότης πάντα πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει. Το κατάλυμα πολύ άνετο με πολλές παροχές. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα... Ευχαριστούμε για όλα....

Ottimo appartamento

Ottimo appartamento per pulizia, posizione, quartiere tranquillo con bar, supermercati, fermata RER "A" vicinissima con personale allo sportello (abbiamo potuto fare anche la navigò decouverte con abbonamento settimanale molto utile x viaggiare con tutti i mezzi pubblici). Molto disponibile e cordiale Gérard. Consigliato sia per la vicinanza a Disneyland che per una vacanza a Parigi.

Per i miei gusti i cuscini e il letto matrimoniale erano troppo morbidi.

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Bahnhof und ermöglicht eine schnelle Anreise zum Disneyland und in die Pariser Innenstadt.

Bettwäsche riecht etwas unangenehm und das Schlafsofa ist wenig komfortable.

Le top à deux pas de Paris!

L'emplacement est idéal pour une visite au parc Disneyland et du shopping au Val D'Europe ! L'appartement est cosy. C'est très propre et la literie était incroyable ! Merci pour l'accueil ! Georges et Émilie sont très disponibles ! Le garage sous terrain est un vrai plus quand on voyage en voiture. Le quartier était très calme et l'immeuble très sécurisé.

PERFECTO

Apartamento espacioso, tranquilo, muy bien equipado, muy muy limpio. Muy cerca de la parada del cercanías q lleva a Disneyland, de hecho en menos de 15’ llegas al parque. Los anfitriones son encantadores. Lo recomiendo totalmente y volveremos la próxima vez.

Perfecte overnachting voor een bezoek aan Disneyland

Mooi schoon appartement en snelle fijne communicatie met de eigenaar. Alle andere recensies kloppen. Bakker om de hoek, auto kan in de parkeergarage onder het appartement staan, leuke wijk en het treinstation op 1 minuut lopen, Disneyland op 2haltes afstand, auto lekker laten staan en ga met de trein. TIP: koop het kaartje voor de terugweg op de heenweg, scheelt heel veel wachten als de laatste disneyshow voorbij is. Ik zou er zeker weer overnachten als ik in die omgeving ben.

Als ik iets kan benoemen, zijn het de handdoeken, roken erg chemisch. Dat is ook het enige.

La zona y el alojamiento está muy bien para alojarte si tienes pensado visitar eurodisney ya que está a solo dos paradas de RER.

Más detalles para localizarlo dentro del edificio, deberían añadir que es la planta 1, sino es un poco confuso para localizarlo.
