Location is amazing. Sea view. Lovely walks. 10min walk into Kenmare high street for pubs and restaurants. Richard next door was amazing and friendly.
Nothing but if I was being extremely picky, espresso cups would be a nice touch

The location is both lovely and quiet, and is an easy 10-15 minute walk into town for a great selection of restaurant, pubs and shopping.

Quality of sofa cushions need replacing
A guide to the cottage would be useful we had to bother Helen with questions about heating and Aga.
Info re rubbish disposal would have been useful.
There was a significant amount of mould around the shower tray. Also we had to keep the plug in the bath plug hole due to really disgusting smell coming up from drain.
