Gorgeous, peaceful location. It was quite easy to find and get to. It was a great place with a great garden and lovely view.
A couple of places that clearly hadn’t been dusted for a long time and some spider webs in places

Beautiful location, very quiet, lovely views of the countryside. Only a few minutes drive to Betws y Coed. Very cool inside on a hot summers evening. Well equipped kitchen Nice welcome pack.
No upstairs toilet. Low beams in bedrooms, unsuitable for tall people in my opinion.

Beautiful location overlooking valley. We loved the log fire. It was very easy to get started. Very cosy. Staying in a piece of history. Good access to food outlets in Betws y Coed. Recommend pizza place and chippy by the bridge.
One electric shower was good. The second electric one over the bath we couldnt get to work. You could have a bath but hot water is from the immersion tank so slow to refill. We didnt mind any of this really. It is a lovely cottage full of character.

Location ok, long way out of Betwsy coeyd, car a must.
No toilet facilities upstairs ,rather difficult with 2 small children. A very shabby chic dwelling , could have done with a little TLC, endless pots and pans though !!
