Ker Mimi - Jardin - Proche vignes

The house is very characterful and the garden is beautiful. The architecture is fairy unusual and there are features to the house that pleased me greatly. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely consider staying again. The location is moderately quiet, but there is a hyper U just down the road, and a McDonalds for those that need a fast food fix. If you like perfection, this place is probably not for you, but if you appreciate the slightly eccentric and quirky, you should love it; as I do.

It has to be admitted that the house is a little run down, and there are aspects to it that really need to be addressed sooner rather than later. The stairs creak very badly, the front door should be fixed and renovated, but it is not necessary to use this for access, so it's kind of ok, just a shame, because it's very nice otherwise. The parquet flooring in the living room and some of the joists require attention, as does the mosaic floor in the top storey bathroom. The garden is beautiful, but there are a great many mosquitos; while this is not the fault of the owners, it is a bit of a downer.
