Fint hus i Flåm

Casa situada relativamente cerca del pueblo de Flam que visitamos en nuestra escapada a los fiordos. El alojamiento tenía una ubicación privilegiada cerca de la naturaleza y con un buen jardín delantero muy bonito. La casa la encontramos limpia y con todas las comodidades, quizá hubiera estado bien disponer de otro baño y que hubiera habido leña ya que la tarde fue lluviosa y no disponía de otra calefacción a excepción de una de las habitaciones que tenía estufa. Por lo demás, bastante recomendable.

Podría haber un calefactor en cada habitación.

The house was simple but lovely. Only one level but spacious. The kitchen was stocked with appliances. You can see a view of Brekkenfossen from the house and the trailhead is a short walk away. The town of Flam is about about a 20 minute walk which is beautiful and along a river. We enjoyed staying in an actual neighborhood instead of the city center.

The property is a bit out of the way, and with no station transfers and a non-working taxi number, we had to walk about 20 minutes each way with heavy luggage. We were surprised to learn from the host right before arrival that there were tenants in the lower level. We’d assumed we had the whole house, though the tenants were friendly and we rarely saw them. An unexpected incident occurred when we returned to find the basement door wide open - an area not included in our rental. We assumed it was the cleaners, as we could see what looked like laundry inside, but the rest of the house hadn’t been tidied. While nothing appeared disturbed, it did leave us feeling a little uneasy.

La distancia al centro, fuimos con maletas y no hay muchos taxis en la zona para llegar a la casa, tuvimos mucha suerte en encontrar uno

Le train passe à 10 min de la maison collé au jardin et nous n étions pas prévenus Le sous sol est habité par les propriétaires qui ne nous ont pas du tout accueillis à notre arrivée , par contre qd nous débarrassions la table à 22h30 ils sont venus frapper à la porte pour nous dire qu il fallait que nous cessions notre « party » et allions nous coucher!!! alors que nous n avions aucune musique et remplissions juste le lave vaisselle!!! Il n y a qu 1 seule sdb pour 4 chambres avec les wc dedans pas pratique du tout Il faut quitter la maison pour 10h au plus tard non négociable ce qui est très tôt !…
