L’appartement est bien situé à côté du centre ville de Flåm et des endroits touristiques.
L’appartement nécessiterais une rénovation, les stores ne ferment pas, le tuyau de douche fuit et la cuisine nécessiterait un bon coup de nettoyage. Les escaliers pour accéder à l’appartement sont très raides et très glissant en cas de pluie ce qui est assez dangereux. Le troisième et quatrième lits se situent dans la pièce à vivre avec un frigo très bruyant et certaines fenêtres sans store.

Dutxa claustrofòbia, bany petit, cortines de sostre que no tanquen bé (la de sobre el llit no es podia subjectar), llit de difícil accés en un costat
