Very cute and clean tiny house. Well decorated and comfortable. Nice property and facilities. A nice environment to stay in, quiet and quaint, the feeling of a hobby farm. Very pretty landscaping work. Eclectic. We were only there for a short night passing through, but I can imagine staying there for longer would be enjoyable. I would stay again if I were in the area. It was close to all the places we wanted to see in our short visit.
Need to get a new property management group. Renjoy was terrible. The checkin process was invasive and clunky. We did arrive pretty late (close to midnight) and after a short delay they were fairly responsive to us, but our check in needed additional verification that wasn't done before we got there so we had to wait while that was done not knowing if someone would respond and if it would go through and if we had a place to stay that night. There is also a hidden $300 refundable charge for a security deposit that should be made more apparent up front, although it was refunded fairly quickly after checkout. Trying to find the place was difficult in the dark, kept driving circles through a small mobile home park until we decided to stop using Google GPS and just followed the booking.com map. Entrance wasn't marked very clearly and at the entrance there were a lot of trucks that looked like they were in different states of being repaired or scrapped which kinda made it look like an auto shop rather than a place to stay. The stay was frustrating at the beginning, but once in the tiny house it was relaxing and enjoyable.
Shower needs a better curtain. It doesn't go all the way to the floor and as a result the laminate flooring is all bubbled up from the water coming out of the shower over time.
