Маленькая студия - шедевр находчивости и комбинаторики! Использован каждый квадратный сантиметр площади, так что есть все - полноценная кухня, с плиткой, печечкой, кофе-машиной, электрочайником, холодильником и даже стиральной машиной. Комплект посуды, приправ. Тапки. В шкафу утюг, гладильная доска, вешалки, фен. Раздвижная кровать и удобный диван. Кресло. Стол в двумя стульями. Журнальный столик. В мокром помещении тоже все есть, включительно шампуни и душ-гель, зубная паста. Везде чисто, никакого намека сигаретного запаха. Хозяина лично не видел, но отвечает на сообщения практически в реальном времени. Исчерпывающие инструкции по нахождению жилья и получению ключей. Ночью - впечатляющий вид на подсвеченный город и реку Сава, с мостами, водонапорной башней, небоскребом. Если закрыть окно - достаточно тихо. Широкая и очень удобная кровать. Достаточно белья и полотенец, одеял. Удобные подушки. Рядом есть станция метро, автобусные остановки. Своя закрытая парковка. Недалеко - прекрасная кофейня, индийский и другие рестораны, довольно большой супермаркет. Напротив - выставочный центр. Пешком можно дойти до центра Белграда, неспешным ходом минут 30.
Нужны более плотные шторы на окне. Обнаружилась пара комаров, но мы их ликвидировали - в квартире есть фумигатор и таблетки. Окно немного сломано - по вертикали лучше не открывать - только горизонтально.

it was a very nice, small apartment. I was traveling alone and it was fine for one person. clean and very quick response from the owner. it had a tram and bus stop right below. It is right across from the city fair, which was the point I was interested in having quick access to. It has fantastic view.
The bathroom is small. I was hitting my head on the wall to sit on the toilet and the sink was very small. It is a bit far from the center by public transport.

Excellent owner! Responded very quickly. Explained and told everything. Met personally and handed over the keys. The apartment is excellent. Clean, quiet, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Near the house there is a store and bakery. Public transport stops are a minute's walk away. The central railway station is a 10-minute walk away. Excellent location.
