Good overall, reasonably close to the train station; a longer but pleasant walk to center

A very clean, rather well-maintained unit! Nice bathroom, decent kitchen, decent bedroom, and the mattress was fine, too. The location is quite convenient if you need to access the train station or Galerija, and fairly decent even if not. The place itself is fairly freshly renovated and quite clean! Both rooms are well-heated with the one air conditioner in the bedroom, and the bathroom has an additional heater, which also worked. I was met by the aunt (I think?) of the owner, who checked me in just fine - I speak some rudimentary Serbian, so it was fine and even fun to chat, and although she didn't speak English, I think she'd check anyone in just fine :)

It's not too expensive, but it's not a bargain either in my opinion (~€40 for Belgrade in November). The property is on the top floor (4th or so), with no elevator, although it was fine with me. Also, a minor thing, but there doesn't seem to be an obvious place for coats and shoes - the front door is just next to the table in the kitchen/common room area.

Замечательное место для проживания в Белграде

Всё супер! Прекрасно оборудованное жилье, очень чистая квартира со свежим ремонтом, приятным интерьером и Wi-fí. В квартире: 1) в спальне - удобная двухспальная кровать с ортопедическим матрасом и подушками; чистое бельё; большой шкаф для вещей (+ утюг, гладильная доска и сушилка для белья); 2) в салоне - диван (можно использовать как двухспальную кровать); обеденный стол с 4 стульями и маленький журнальный столик; 3) великолепно оборудованная кухонная зона - есть всё необходимое для приготовления еды (электрическая плита с духовкой, холодильник, электрический чайник, скоровородка, кастрюля, ковшик и даже турка для приготовления кофе. Кроме того, на кухне к нашему приезду было кофе, сахар, чай, соль, перец, растительное масло, уксус, питьевая вода) и для сервировки (тарелки разных размером, чашки, кофейные чашечки, бокалы, стаканы, стопки, вилки, ложки, ножи и т.д.); 4) два телевизора СМАРТ с выходом в интернет (в спальне и салоне); 5) в ванной комнате - водонагреватель для горячей воды + полотенца 3 размеров на каждого гостя (+ еще были огромные полотенца в спальне); фен; шампунь, гель для душа, жидкое мыло, туалетная бумага; 6) кондиционер - отлично работал на тепло (поскольку мы были в декабре). Апартаменты располагаются в старом доме на верхнем 4 этаже (лифта нет), но сами апартаменты - новые с отличным дизайном, очень тихо и спокойно. Следует также отметить отличное местоположение квартиры: на углу дома небольшой магазин со всем самым необходимым, через дорогу - пекарня, кроме того, ближайшая остановка автобуса в 2 минутах ходьбы, с которой можно без проблем добраться до аэропорта и других мест в Белграде (общественный транспорт в Белграде в 2025 году бесплатный и с помощью GoogleMaps можно доехать куда угодно). К сведению: дорога от аэропорта до апартаментов суммарно не превысила 30 минут. С хозяином общались на английском через Вапсап, на все вопросы моментально получали ответы. Спасибо большое! Много хвала! Обязательно приедем снова!

Нам всё понравилось. Из предложений: в ванной комнате было бы хорошо поставить корзину для мусора (одной мусорной корзины на кухне - недостаточно).
