Kasaj Luxury Apartments

We had a wonderful stay at Kasaj Luxury Apartments Porto Rafti from June 5th to June 9th, 2026. We stayed in the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors and were impressed by the spacious terraces offering stunning views of the bay. The apartments were modern, spotless, and very well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and having a washing machine in the bathroom was a great convenience. Free parking and reliable Wi-Fi made our stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect for anyone looking for peace and relaxation, with a quiet atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. What made our stay truly special were the owners, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They fulfilled every request we had and made us feel at home. We highly recommend Kasaj Luxury Apartments to anyone visiting Porto Rafti and would be happy to stay here again!

The only downside was having to leave at the end of our stay!

Lieu assez éloigné des commodités et du centre d’Athènes (la voiture a été très utile) Les chambres sont assez étroites, mais le reste a été super.

The beds weren’t that comfortable and the smoke alarm light in the bedroom was flashing all night which was odd as it should be in the kitchen really

The property evokes mixed feelings. In this two-story apartment, the first level is very nice — beautiful views and everything you need. Location is great - few minutes walking from te see.

But the second level is not so much accessible from a separate staircase as it is actually on the staircase. This makes the upper space extremely small — to get into the tiny bathroom you literally have to roll over the bed, which is partially suspended above the stairs... On top of that, when neighbors turn on the staircase light, it also lights up the upstairs area. Since this upper space is tiny and poorly ventilated, it retains an unpleasant damp smell. Additionally, there are some leftover construction materials on the terrace. As for the dishes — they are washed by the previous tenant, and nobody checks them — so you may end up with dirty dishes.
