The view is incredible and super clean

The one which we stayed had two terrace area, direct view to the sea. Inside is nicely furniture and has great facilities. Quite new and cozy, the electronics are also nicely equipped. The bedrooms are nice and hasa big living room with a good tv and sofa. The location is also perfect, as the nearest beach by walk is not more than 15 minutes.

The property evokes mixed feelings. In this two-story apartment, the first level is very nice — beautiful views and everything you need. Location is great - few minutes walking from te see.

But the second level is not so much accessible from a separate staircase as it is actually on the staircase. This makes the upper space extremely small — to get into the tiny bathroom you literally have to roll over the bed, which is partially suspended above the stairs... On top of that, when neighbors turn on the staircase light, it also lights up the upstairs area. Since this upper space is tiny and poorly ventilated, it retains an unpleasant damp smell. Additionally, there are some leftover construction materials on the terrace. As for the dishes — they are washed by the previous tenant, and nobody checks them — so you may end up with dirty dishes.
