A lovely property in a great location with a beautiful view. A very clean & comfortable space. Owner was extremely helpful & quick to respond to all queries.

Villa Beis is an absolute gem. Located in a quiet part of Porto Rafti which is a vibrant little port with much character. It is beautifully furnished and feels like home from home. Everything has been thought of and everything done to make your stay extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed. The view from the balcony is stunning and we spent much time relaxing enjoying the beauty and the peace . We didn’t have much of an issue with mosquitoes and there are very good screens on all the doors and windows . The villa is very secure if security is an issue for anyone . It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach which is small and no sunbed facilities but impressively there is a lifeguard . Trees provide plenty of shade. There are beach chairs provided at the villa. Would recommend having a car. We didn’t and it is a 1km walk to the larger beach and nearest taverna, bakery and mini market ( very adequate) . It’s also quite an uphill walk home. Not a problem for us but some may find it too far. We felt our stay was very good value for money and would definitely return . The other bonus is it’s only approx 25 minutes from the airport but we were not disturbed by planes at all.

The only improvement would be a book of local information. We asked the host various questions which could have easily be covered in a guest book However the host was very responsive .

We had a great vacation in a wonderful peaceful completely well equipped villa with a magnificent sea - view and 7 minutes walk to the beach. The owners of the villa are very very kind and were available and helpful. Warmly recommended place for vacation. Shai
