Porto Rafti Dream Complex & Retreat

We were very happy with our stay at Choco Apartments as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was spacious, newly furnished, and very comfortable. We especially loved the beautiful mountain and sea views, as well as the large terrace. There was plenty of space for all of us, the beds were comfortable, and the location was also very good. The management was excellent — they responded very quickly to any situations and did their best to sort everything out and help their guests. This made us feel very welcome and well looked after.

Only a small suggestion: it would be helpful to have a clear sign near the control panel in the hallway by the shoe cabinet, explaining that guests need to press the water heating button before showering. We did not realise this at first, so a simple notice would improve the experience for future guests. Apart from that, everything was very good.

L'appartement spacieux, ultra moderne, très très bien équipé, propre. La terrasse est spacieuse avec une belle vue sur la piscine.

La piscine n'est pas chauffée donc nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner. L'accès en voiture par une petite ruelle est assez difficile même si le stationnement est bien prévu.

Logement pratique avec rangements. Piscine agréable. Joli jardin. Propre. Arrivée et départ autonome. Horaires de départ et d'arrivée arrangeants. 20 minutes de l'aéroport.

Le chauffe eau ne fonctionne pas très bien (à mettre sur marche forcée régulièrement). Humidité dans le logement (nous étions en avril donc l'été il n'y en a peut être pas).

הדירה מעוצבת מודרני, יש תריסים חשמליים , מזגן בכל חדר. בעל הבית איש מקסים מאוד, אדיב, ומאוד השתדל שלא יהיה חסר כלום, אם כי כנראה שהמקום מתנהל לא כמו שצריך.( אציין שהיה חסר לי מיקרוגל והוא רץ ישר לקנות, הוא בחור מאוד נחמד!) ביקשתי כריות נוספות וסדינים והוא שלח מיד.

הדירה לא היתה מאובזרת כפי שצריך( לא היתה שום קערה אפילו לסלט או לערבב משהו) , לא היתה לי מכונת כביסה, הבריכה היתה מלוכלכת מאוד , לא היה אפשר להכנס, מלא חרקים וגם אין רשת מתאימה להוציא חרקים, זרם מים במקלחת אין, לזרוק את השקיות זבל צריך ללכת 10 דק🫨. שימו לב מי שבא עם רכב גדול הכניסה לרחוב ולחניה מאוד צר!
