Slightly old, the window blinds broke on 2nd day but the hotel sent a repairman immediately to fix it. Not a big issue at all.

Location very near to the Port and bus stop and restaurant and supermarket. Also walking around the seaside very handy. Breakfast limited option but the lady who was in charge was very kind. My request was not granted a kettle with cup and saucer was not given in my room

A little gem of a hotel

The staff was wonderful, invaluable and polite. The room was spotless,. Breakfast had a great variety of items and delicious croissants. Easy parking space right in front of the hotel. Nice and welcoming atmosphere. .

One minor criticism was that one of the soap containers was empty, but this did not detract from our overall stay and experience.

Great location

Excellent location, plenty of good towels, soft mattresses and good pillows. Lovely lobby and breakfast area, helpful staff.

The double bed was made up of two single beds put together, but during the night they would keep drifting apart and form a “canyon” in the middle, where my son would keep falling. We had a single blanket for the double bed and that was an issue. i guess 2 single beds with 2 blankets would have been much better.

Very pleasant place to stay!

Incredibly service minded staff - we were quite impressed! Everyone we met in the hotel was so friendly, informative and wanted to do their best for us to feel welcome and comfortable. Example: we were late for breakfast, in fact just about when they were supposed to close it, but they brought back dishes they had already taken away, asked us if we wanted coffee and then prepared the cappuccino we wanted. We really appreciated that the breakfast staff also allowed us to have a few extra minutes "over time", to finish our breakfast, without rushing to clean everything off, which is far more normal in most hotels. The beds, at least in our room, were world class - so comfortable! I would enjoy coming back to Hotel Eden just for the beds! The interior was very nice and in good condition, since the hotel was being refurbished and were having some rebuilds. In addition the price level was appealing, definitely value for money compared to many optional places to stay with similar standard.

The only downside we could find was that internet access wasn't available in the rooms yet, due to the still ongoing rebuilds of the hotel. But there was internet in the reception area if you needed it and the issue will for sure be resolved. It's worth noting that the hotel location is a bit hidden behind other buildings, on a small street, but there is paid parking quite close, you only have to walk for 150 meters. There are also a couple of restaurants right around the corner.

Se non fosse stato per il freddo, sarebbe stato un buon soggiorno!

Ho soggiornato già diverse volte in questa struttura, molto vicina al lago, con la possibilità di prenotare il posto auto. Un apprezzamento va alla signora che gestisce la colazione, che è stata molto gentile! Infatti sono celiaca e nella prenotazione avevo chiesto i prodotti senza glutine, purtroppo a causa di un disguido interno, questi erano molto scarsi il primo giorno, ma poi la signora ha risolto il problema egregiamente!

Purtroppo la camera era molto fredda, nonostante l'aiuto del convettore ad aria calda che non ha potuto fare molto in quanto i muri erano freddissimi. L'acqua calda funzionava a tratti e la prima notte e il mattino successivo è stata fredda... Non riscaldata neanche la sala colazione che in dicembre è un vero disagio. Come ho avuto modo di dire all'addetta alla reception, penso con una piccola manutenzione all'impianto di riscaldamento ed ai radiatori, la situazione possa migliorare molto. In estate questo hotel è l'ideale per un ottimo soggiorno, per l'inverno spero che possa migliorare!

Der Besitzer spricht sehr sehr schlecht englisch. Kaffee war wirklich ungenießbar. Ansonsten war das Frühstück gut und die Dame war sehr bemüht.

Camera essenziale, ma recentemente ristrutturata, bagno ampio e moderno. Ambienti puliti e staff gentile. Disponibile la colazione a buffet e il parcheggio a pagamento. Il lago si trova letteralmente a due passi a piedi dalla struttura!

La posizione della struttura (per raggiungerla occorre passare in una strada stretta dietro un supermercato) e l'aspetto esterno dell'edificio non danno subito una buona impressione, ma una volta entrati non manca nulla di ciò che serve a passare un buon soggiorno!

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist in 2 Gehminuten am See.

Leider kein Fernseher im Zimmer. Am Frühstückbuffet gab es teilweise keine frische Semmeln, sondern nur Baguette. Sonst war das Frühstück in Ordnung.

War bei ihnen im Zimmer 101 Erdgeschoß" direkt neben Anmeldung" War am Abend sehr sehr laut. Wenn ich wieder in diesem Hotel übernachte ( Was ich 2026 auf jeden Fall machen werde ) würde ich ein Zimmer im 2 Obergeschoß buchen!

Camere assolutamente da ristrutturare! Tutto molto vecchio.. non parliamo del bagno, ancora la doccia con la tendina! I sanitari credo che siano del 1930, mancanza del phon! In camera non c'è la tv, l'armadio aveva le antine rotte, gli infissi non ne parliamo! Non c'è il parcheggio o meglio fuori dalla struttura ci sono forse 3 postazioni auto ma il proprietario vuole 10 euro! La colazione, insomma poco in tutto, le.solite marmellatine confenzionate, il caffè era acqua sporca! Peccato, perché comunque non costa poco!

Posizione ottima locali e lago raggiungibili a piedi comodo il parcheggio in hotel anche se a pagamento bagno grande e comodo ottima colazione completa di dolce salato e frutta

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione: molto centrale e vicina al Vittoriale. Letto comodo e camera spaziosa.

Pulizia molto approssimativa: impronte di scarpe nel bagno, capelli nel lavandino e carta nel wc. Pensando ad una svista, ho chiesto di poter cambiare stanza, tuttavia ho riscontrato una situazione simile (capelli nello scarico della doccia e a livello del piatto doccia. Lo scarico era così ostruito che l'acqua in un minuto arrivava all'altezza delle caviglie). Stanze per nulla insonorizzate.

Het was een zeer basic hotel voor een best hoge prijs. Flinterdune muren naar de gang waardoor je heel het hotel hoort en gebruik gemaakt van zeer matige materialen. Nadien nog via agressieve whatsapp berichten gevraagd om in te staan voor een schade aan de rolluiken die gewoon vanzelf kapot gingen wanneer we deze simpelweg openden.

Hotel al centro di Toscolano Maderno con parcheggio davanti la struttura (€ 10). Camere molto ampie e comode con bagno altrettanto grande e doccia eccezionale tutto dipinto ed arredato con gusto. Unica pecca la mancanza di una tv, ma probabilmente è solo temporanea. Anche la colazione buona e varia sia con dolce che con salato.

Soluzione comoda ed economica per un breve soggiorno sul lago di Garda

La posizione dell'hotel a Toscolano Maderno era molto buona perchè centrale rispetto ai servizi e al porticciolo. La colazione era eccellente con un grande assortimento di pezzi dolci e salati e di bevande calde e fredde e la sala era molto spaziosa. La camera e il bagno erano abbastanza grandi e puliti.

Non era presente un armadio nè cassetti, ma solo uno stand per appendere gli abiti. La porta del bagno non chiudeva per niente. Non era presente la TV.

materassi morbidi alti comodi, ambienti pubblici moderni e curati, vicino a supermercato CONAD con grande parcheggio

entrata laterale con portone moderno ma non comodo per le valigie, letto a castello in camera quadrupla senza spondina era pericoloso (abbiamo messo il materasso in terra dato che la camera era grande), rumori schiamazzi durante sabato notte (da non imputarsi all'hotel chiaramente)
