Hotel Splendid Toscolano Maderno

The hotel was located by the lakeside and our room had a good view of the lake. The bed and bathroom were not fancy but very good quality and there was a balcony to enjoy the views. Continental breakfasts were plentiful. There was free car parking for guests in the front garden, though we had to leave our keys with the management. Victoria was extremely kind and helpful: she gave us lots of advice about travelling around the lake and she enabled us to make the most of our time in Toscolano Maderno. We will certainly try Hotel Splendid next time we visit Lombardy.

Ausreichendes Frühstück und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter im Hotel Flair der 90 er Jahre. Das gesamte Haus ist Sehr Sauber !

Kein Kühlschrank vorhanden Die Dusche ist nur für Schlanke geeignet da wir nur 2 Nächte gebucht hatten störte uns nicht das wir nicht ein Zimmer wie auf den Fotos zugeteilt bekommen haben.

There is generous breakfast bar and the atmosphere has a lovely vintage alure. The ferry is right out of the hotel courtyard, one morning I literally backed out onto the boat. The lakeside room gave a delightful view. The staff is by far the best and they were present to cater to our every need and give us tips about the locale and the Lago di garda region, there is a Romanian concierge who always had something interesting to say and she convinced us to return on our next visit at the Splendid hotel.

Bathrooms are a bit cramped.
